C. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is between:

Controller: The Client (“Controller”) 

Processor: Taylor Smith & Associates Inc., operating as HassleFree‑TaxServices.com (“Processor”)

1. SUBJECT MATTER

Processor will process personal data on behalf of Controller for tax preparation and related services.

2. DURATION

This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the service relationship.

3. NATURE AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Processing includes collection, storage, review, and transmission of tax‑related personal data.

4. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA

• Identification data (name, address, contact details) 

• Financial and tax information 

• Uploaded documents 

5. OBLIGATIONS OF PROCESSOR

Processor agrees to:

• Process data only on documented instructions. 

• Ensure confidentiality of personnel. 

• Implement appropriate security measures. 

• Assist Controller with GDPR rights requests. 

• Delete or return data upon termination. 

• Maintain processing records. 

6. SUB‑PROCESSORS

Processor uses:

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Data may be transferred to the United States. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards apply.

9. AUDIT RIGHTS

Controller may request documentation demonstrating compliance.

10. LIABILITY

Each party is responsible for its own legal compliance.
